Activities
The Department of Physics organises regular seminars and colloquiums by experts of relevant fields in order to widen the horizon of the members of the Department.
A bi-weekly Journal Club is run by the Research Scholars of the Department, where they present contemporary topics on different areas in Physics.
The Department of Physics organizes yearly in-house symposium where the members of the Department showcase the exciting research being done by them, along with Plenary Talks by distinguished Physicists. The symposium started in 2020, and was discontinued due to the pandemic, till its resurrection in a grand scale in 2022.
